Yes its Monday, yet again I missed the goal for posts but I have
an excuse. I guess you could call it bloggers block. So I needed an extra day
for… inspiration among many ideas and thoughts I hope to share with you guys is
my TOP SECRET (but not really) smoothie recipe.
I love this recipe because it’s packed full of goodness and
better yet its delicious. I never put ice-cream in my smoothies because I try
to keep them as healthy as possible (however you can add whatever you want) so let’s
kick this off.
♥ 1 cup of mixed berries
♥1 banana
♥¼ cup of soy milk (you can use any milk you wish)
♥½ cup of orange juice
♥1-2 mandarins depending on their size
Make sure you put the liquids in the bottom first so it is
easier on the blades
Serve and enjoy
